Residential Treatment Programs – Licensed group homes with specialized certifications that assist people with the development of skills that will enable them to progress to a Supported Independent Living Apartment Program or Home / Community-Based Living Supports.
Specialized Residential Living – Licensed group homes with specialized certifications that support people with primary or co-occurring behavioral health diagnoses who require high intensity personal care resulting from complex physical conditions with the goal of maintaining both medical and psychiatric stability.
Community Housing Programs (Supported Independent Living) – Structured apartment-based programs designed to support individuals once they have transitioned from higher intensity levels of care to include Specialized Residential Treatment Programs.
Home or Community Based Living Supports – Home or community based supports provided within a persons’ home or setting of their choosing. Designed to support people once they have transitioned from higher intensity levels of care to include Supported Independent Living Apartment Programs.
Day Treatment & Community Integration Programs – Supplemental to residential programs: designed to provide person-centered, culturally and linguistically appropriate, comprehensive and coordinated support to individuals in their recovery. Day Treatment and Community Integration programs aim to provide a variety of clinical and community opportunities, focusing on life experiences including: leisure/recreational activities, spiritual activities, cultural/local culture activities, vocational pursuits, employment opportunities on and off campus, development of living skills, health and wellness promotion and access/utilization of public transportation.
