  • Finance Manager Assistant– Under the supervision of the Finance Manager, the Finance Manager Assistant provides support and assistances to the Finance department. The Finance Manager Assistant will assist with managing and controlling financial activities related to the organization. This includes duties related to payroll, budget adherence, receivables, payables, contract compliance. The Finance Manager Assistant will assist with other various duties within the office including orientation, answering phones, and maintaining the front desk/reception area.
  • Lead Clinician – Clinician’s provide individual therapy, group therapy, skill building programming for consumers of Turning Leaf Residential Rehabilitation Services, Inc. The Lead Clinician will oversee the clinical team as it pertains to the therapeutic and treatment services component of the services we provide. The Lead Clinician will actively serve as a member of the Clinical Treatment Team. Monitors the implementation and effectiveness of individual treatment and behavior plans.

  • Receptionist – We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

  • AFC Program Manager – We are looking for an experienced AFC Manager to provide assistance and training, promote personal growth through individualized treatment approaches and work to create and maintain safe environments for the individuals to whom he/she provides supports. You will oversee the progress of operations as it relates to resident care and compliance. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner. They will be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics. The goal is to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our organization. **This is a 3rd shift role**.
  • Assistant AFC Program Manager – The Assistant Program Manager (APM) works under the guidance of the AFC Program Manager and Administrator to provide supervision to residents and staff within Turning Leaf Programs. APM’s assist the Program Manager with duties related to supervision of treatment/care of adults with intellectual disabilities and/or mental illness residing in group home and/or supported living setting. May assist with emergencies during unscheduled work time and may provide on call supports for work site after hours. APM’s must maintain a professional relationship with residents of Turning Leaf while modeling and guiding appropriate social interaction for residents and staff.
  • Dietary Manager Under supervision Licensee Designee, Administrator and Program Mangers, the Kitchen Manager will be responsible for food preparation, inventory, creating weekly menus, and managing diet restrictions for residents, if applicable. This role will oversee all purchasing and general kitchen operations and communicate regularly with the Program Director regarding food budget and other administrative areas regarding kitchen operations.
