Direct Care Workers (DCW) are primarily responsible for residents' care, daily living skills, and transportation. DCW’s document the residents’ progress towards rehabilitation goals. Workers provide direct supervision to individuals in residential programs. DCW's provide a healthy environment by cleaning cottages and cooking meals. DCW’s display appropriate behavior and teach life skills to residents. DCW’s provide instruction and evaluation in areas of daily living skills and independent living skills to enhance the residents' ability to reach his/her highest level of independence.

Team leaders are responsible for providing the first level of supervision to Direct Care Workers. Our Team Leaders serve as an interface between clinical staff and Direct Care Workers and provide first level human resource functions such as staff supervision, scheduling, and training.
